well, you get certain minerals or whatevs from meat that you need and cant get form anything else. i agree, too much meat is bad, but dont exclude it from ur menu completely.

too much meat in your diet is bad for you. I'm not vegetarian, but I know that red meat will raise your cholesterol. I believe it has been linked to colon cancer as well, but I'm not completely sure about that. We can also contract diseases from improperly handled meat. So, yes, it is safer for your health to not eat meat.
