yes rolling tobacco in netherlands and scandinavia is quite common , so is letting your dogn play about with babys , one of my mates has got a scar from just above his nose to the back of his head. they thought the dog liked kids. jack russel in germany will set you back about 1000 Euros ( but a real one mind you )
